DINAMINE: discover the project journey
In this video, DINAMINE Project Coordinator Sean Salazar and Scientific Coordinator Mahdi Shabanimashcool reflect on the project’s achievements and the innovative solutions developed to support the digitalisation of small- and medium-sized mines across Europe.
They present the key technologies developed within DINAMINE and provide an overview of the project’s pilot sites in Portugal and Norway, with a particular focus on the Northern Norway pilot. There, advanced digital tools were tested and validated to improve mineral exploration, resource characterisation, and mining operations.
As DINAMINE reaches its final stage, the video highlights how the project has contributed to advancing smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable mining practices while supporting Europe’s critical raw materials value chain.
